Our team structure is somewhat unique in the world of churches! We have three teams that come together and dream, develop, grow and act as God's hands and feet in the world...
Each team welcomes people with unique gifts and passions to serve in specific areas that affect the community in the church and outside the church to help others know Jesus Christ.
Everything we do here is with building relationships as it core. Each individual has a chance to have a voice in discussions and be deeply heard. It's this inclusive style that allows God's unique gifts to be heard and put to use so God may be glorified!
We treat one another with Love and we fully expect God to be present.

In Reach
This team will focus on experiences of people when they engage in events like worship, Growth Groups, Support as needed for various specific groups (like Woman’s and Men's groups), new visitors, fellowship events, spiritual growth, worship experiences etc. This team helps ensure that all feel welcome attending anything CTK is doing and all feel welcome to find how they can uniquely grow and get to know Jesus Christ as God has gifted you!
Outreach
This team will focus on reaching into the community for engagement with our church. For example, monthly organizations which we support, building relationships with civic organizations, developing marketing campaigns and web-based media such as social media and website development. This team helps ensure that what is happening in the community, is known in the congregation; and what is happening at CTK, is known to the community.
Operations
This team will guide the congregational operating functions in administration, building issues, equipment issues, financial decisions, creating worship materials for all services and as needed for events.
